What is it made of?
Stretch polyester knit with a printed animal face, front and back. Soft against the skin, no wool, no itch. This is a statement piece for the slopes, the park and festivals, not technical thermal gear.
How long does it take to arrive?
Two stages, and the timeline near the top of this page adds them up into a real date for your country. First we pack your order by hand, matching the exact paws you picked: 2 to 4 business days. Then it ships tracked, which is 8 to 14 business days in the US, 8 to 16 across the EU and 10 to 20 everywhere else. In November and December add a few days, because every carrier slows down.
Why is there a wait before it ships?
Because a person packs it, not a robot. Every order is checked and put together one at a time against the paws you chose, and that takes us 2 to 4 business days. We would rather quote you the real number up front than promise same-day dispatch and miss it. You get the tracking link the moment it leaves.
Will it fit my head?
One size fits most adults, roughly 21 to 24 inches around. Four-way stretch. If it does not fit, send it back within 30 days on our label and we credit you the full amount to spend on another paw.
Can I mix different paws in one pack?
Yes, that is the whole point. Pick any combination in step 2, duplicates included.
What exactly is the personal video?
You write the message and one of our paws says it, in a clip of 30 to 45 seconds. Birthdays, congratulations, proposals, thank-yous, whatever you want. It is made with AI, so it is a generated animal character in a Pawclavas mask saying your words, not a recording of a real animal. It lands in your inbox within 3 business days and it is yours to post.
Does it fit under a helmet?
Yes. Low-profile seams, no bunching at the temples, and goggles sit right over the eye opening.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery, any reason. Email us and we send a prepaid label. Once the parcel reaches us we issue Pawclavas store credit for the full amount you paid, usually within 2 business days. To be clear: returns come back as store credit to spend here, not as a refund to your card. The credit never expires, it covers shipping, and there is no restocking fee. If you are in the EU, your statutory 14-day right to a refund to your original payment method applies on top of this and we honour it.
Is it gift safe?
Yes. No prices on the packing slip and you can add a gift note at checkout.
