Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Your order goes through two stages, and we quote both so the date you see is the whole journey rather than just the courier's half of it.
1. Packed by hand: 2 to 4 business days
A person checks every order and puts it together against the exact paws you picked. Nothing is fired off automatically the second you click buy. This is the window between your order landing and the parcel leaving.
2. In transit, tracked
- United States, 48 contiguous states: 8 to 14 business days.
- European Union: 8 to 16 business days.
- Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days.
- November and December: add 2 to 5 business days. Every carrier slows down.
The timeline on our home page adds both stages together and shows you a real date range for your own country.
Rates
- United States: free on orders of $50.00 or more, otherwise $5.95 flat.
- Spain: free on orders of 55,00 € or more, otherwise 6,99 € flat.
- Rest of the European Union: 8,99 € flat.
- Everywhere else: $9.95 flat, tracked.
Taxes and duties
- European Union: every price you see already includes VAT. Nothing further is owed.
- United States: import duty is calculated at checkout and paid by us to the carrier in advance. Nothing is owed on delivery.
- Other countries: your local import duty or tax may be charged on arrival and is not included in our prices. This varies by country and we cannot calculate it for you in advance.
If a carrier ever asks you for money in a country where we said nothing is owed, do not pay it. Forward us the notice and we cover it.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves us. The first carrier scan can take 2 to 3 business days to appear, which is normal.
Late or lost
If your order has not arrived 20 business days after the estimate above, email pawclavas@gmail.com and we reship or refund in full to your original payment method. You choose.
