Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our facility. Check your inbox, and your spam folder, for a message from Beastclava.
Timeline
- Within 24 hours: order released and tracking email sent.
- 2 to 3 business days: first carrier scan appears.
- 8 to 14 business days: delivered anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.
No tracking email?
Email beastclava@gmail.com with your order number and we resend it right away.
Tracking has not moved in 3 days?
That usually means a late scan rather than a lost package. Message us and we chase the carrier for you.
Nothing after 20 business days?
We reship or refund in full. You choose.
